National Clubs

Dalmatian Club of America "Founded in 1905, the Dalmatian Club of America represents nearly 1,200 Dalmatian breeders and fanciers across the United States and the world. We are dedicated to promoting, preserving, and protecting the wonderful Dalmatian breed." The DCA website has a wealth of information on health and care of Dalmatians.

Dalmatian Club of Canada "The Dalmatian Club of Canada is an organization of primarily Canadian breed enthusiasts; international members are always welcome. The club promotes the breed through an annual Specialty show and several boosters throughout the year, held under the rules of the Canadian Kennel Club. Sportsmanship is encouraged at all conformation, obedience and road trials alike." The DCC website has the Canadian standard as well as current rankings of Canadian Dals.

American Kennel Club The AKC's Mission is to maintain a registry for purebred dogs and preserve its integrity, sanction dog events that promote interest in, and sustain the process of, breeding for type and function of purebred dogs, and take whatever actions necessary to protect and assure the continuation of the sport of purebred dogs. The AKC website is a great resource for information and forms for registration, the Dalmatian standard, and a schedule of all sanctioned AKC events.
